Blank or grey plugin panel after installation
Is the Napisy AI panel in Premiere Pro blank, grey or not loading? The most common cause is Adobe verifying the extension signature – a one-minute fix.
At a glance
- Close PremiereClose Premiere Pro completely.
- Run as administratorRight-click the Premiere icon → Run as administrator. Open the panel once.
- Start normallyClose Premiere and start it as usual – the panel should work.
This is a known Adobe issue with verifying extension signatures on first launch. The plugin is installed correctly – Premiere just has not “let it in” yet.
Fix (Windows)
- Close Premiere Pro.
- Right-click the Premiere icon and choose Run as administrator.
- Open the panel: Window → Extensions → Napisy AI Chmura (Silelab).
- Close Premiere and start it normally.
Still blank?
- Make sure Premiere was closed during installation and run
ZAINSTALUJ.batagain. - Check that you do not have two panels – look for the old 1.x plugin under Window → UXP Plugins; the new one is under Extensions.
- Your antivirus may have blocked files in
%APPDATA%\Adobe\CEP\extensions– add an exception and reinstall.
