What computer do I need?

Windows. A macOS version is on the way. Transcription runs on our GPU servers, so you don’t need a powerful graphics card.

Which Premiere version do I need?

Adobe Premiere Pro 25.6 or later.

Can I edit the captions afterwards?

Yes. In Premiere – in the Edit module: line text, style, colour, find and replace. In the browser – in the caption editor in your dashboard; pull the fixes into your project with one button.

What happens to my recordings?

Only the audio of the selected tracks reaches our server – never the video. The audio file is deleted right after transcription.

What if I run out of minutes?

Top up minutes in your dashboard or move to a bigger plan. No need to wait for the end of the month.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, in your dashboard – no calls, no emails. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
