Audio export error in the plugin
The Napisy AI plugin cannot export audio from the sequence? The most common causes: no MP3 preset, an empty track, a sequence without sound, no disk space.

Before transcription, the plugin exports the sequence audio to a small MP3 file. When this step fails, check one by one:
Tracks and range
- Does the ticked speech track have clips in that part (and is it not muted)?
- With the In–Out source – are the In and Out points set and do they cover the audio?
Export preset
The plugin uses the bundled audio preset and, if it is missing, Premiere’s system MP3 preset. If your Premiere installation has no MP3 presets, go to the plugin Settings → Eksport audio (Audio export) and choose your own .epr file (MP3 format), or click Przywróć dołączony (Restore bundled).
Disk space and permissions
The temporary file goes into the plugin data folder. Check that there is free space on the system drive and that your antivirus is not blocking writes.
You can always choose the Plik (File) source instead and pick a recording from disk – no export from the sequence.
