Plans: changing, paying yearly and cancelling
How to change your Napisy AI plan, switch to yearly billing or cancel your subscription in the dashboard – and until when a paid plan stays active.

Changing your plan
In Dashboard → Subscription you can pick a different plan or yearly billing (cheaper than monthly). Current prices and limits are always in the pricing.
Cancelling
You cancel in the dashboard, with no calls and no emails: Subscription → Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then does not renew.
Payments and invoices
Payments are handled by Stripe (card, BLIK and the other methods offered at checkout). Your payment history with invoices is in Subscription → Payment history, and you change your card and invoice details with the Invoices and payment method button.
