Custom vocabulary – brands and names spelled correctly
How to add a custom vocabulary in Napisy AI so the model spells brands, client names and place names correctly in Polish captions.

A speech-recognition model writes words the way it hears them. So it may spell brands, surnames and places “phonetically” – e.g. Sajlelab instead of Silelab. The vocabulary fixes that.
How to add a vocabulary
Open Dashboard → Styles and vocabulary and enter the names that often come up in your recordings – separated by commas or on separate lines. The vocabulary applies to all following transcriptions, including those from the plugin.
What to add
- your clients’ brand and product names,
- first names and surnames of the people you interview,
- names of places and districts (e.g. Nikiszowiec, Spodek),
- industry abbreviations that need a specific spelling.
Tips
Enter names exactly as they should appear. Do not add ordinary words – the vocabulary is for exceptions. Single mistakes in one video are faster to fix with find and replace.
