Status page: is it just you, or an outage on our end

How to check in real time whether the panel, caption generation and Viral Radar are working – before you open a ticket.

At a glance

  1. Go to hussarcut.pl/statusYou will see the current state of every service separately, not just a general message.
  2. Check the colour and labelGreen = working, orange = slower or being checked, red = down, blue = scheduled maintenance.
  3. If something is redThat is an outage on our end – we already know about it, a ticket will not speed up the fix, but you can watch the page to see when it is back.
  4. If everything is green but it is not working for youThat points to something local (Premiere, your network, your account) – a ticket makes sense then, describe what you are seeing.

Before you open a ticket about an outage, check hussarcut.pl/status – a public page that shows live what is working and what is not. The data comes from our own monitoring and refreshes every few dozen seconds, so if something is genuinely broken, it usually shows up there faster than we could reply to a ticket.

Krok 1: What the page shows

Services are grouped (e.g. Panel and API, Viral Radar), each with its own status dot and label:

  • Working – everything is fine.
  • Checking – monitoring just detected something odd and is confirming whether it is a real problem or a one-off blip.
  • Down – the service is genuinely not working. We already know.
  • Scheduled maintenance – a planned pause (e.g. an update), usually announced in advance.

Next to the status you will also see the 24-hour uptime percentage – if it is below 100% but the status is green, that means something flickered earlier but is working now.

Krok 2: When it is worth checking

  • Caption generation is not finishing or is taking longer than usual.
  • The panel in your browser is not responding or shows a server error.
  • Viral Radar is not pulling new material or the queue is not moving.

If the status page shows everything green and something still is not working for you, it is most likely something local: Premiere, your internet connection, or your account settings. In that case a ticket makes sense and will help us diagnose it quickly.

Krok 3: If you see a red status

That means we already know about the outage before you even have a chance to write in – our monitoring reports problems automatically, 24/7. A ticket will not speed up the fix in that case, but if you want to know when it is back to normal, the status page updates live – just check back after a while.

Still something not working?

If you have checked the status page and still are not sure what is going on, or the status is green but the problem persists – open a support ticket describing what you see, ideally with a screenshot. It is answered by people who edit video themselves.
