FAQ

Do I need captions first?

No. If the recording has no transcript, the plugin makes one first – that uses minutes. The hook analysis itself doesn’t.

How many analyses do I get?

It depends on your plan. You can see the current limit and usage in Dashboard → Products. Hook analysis is in: Pro.

What’s sent to the server for image analysis?

A dozen or so downscaled frames from the start of the sequence – more of them in the first seconds. Without image analysis only the transcript text is sent.

Can I come back to a result later?

Yes, you can reopen it from History in the Hook module.
