The plugin never asks for your password. You connect it to your account with a one-time code that you confirm in the browser – just like signing a TV in to a video service.

Step by step

  1. In the plugin panel click Zaloguj się przez przeglądarkę (Log in via browser). The plugin shows a code and opens the Connect the plugin page.
  2. Log in on the page (if you are not logged in) and check that the code on the page matches the one in the plugin.
  3. Click Connect. The plugin moves on to the captions screen by itself.

Security

Only click “Connect” when you generated the code yourself, on your own computer. If the page warns that the connection was started from a different IP address and someone sent you a link or a code – do not connect. It would give that person access to your minutes.

Disconnecting a computer

Every connected computer is listed in Subscription → Computers with the plugin. Click Disconnect to log the plugin out on that computer – e.g. after selling a laptop. In the plugin you can do the same in Settings: Wyloguj z tego komputera (Log out of this computer).

Frequently asked questions

How long is the code valid?

10 minutes. After that, click “Zaloguj się przez przeglądarkę” (Log in via browser) again – the plugin will show a new code.

On how many computers can I use the plugin?

You connect each computer separately. The list of connected computers is in your dashboard under Subscription → Computers with the plugin.
